Stephen has over 20 years experience of delivering new build, extension and refurbishment projects in live environments for Read. Through effective collaborative engagement, Stephen contributes to the detail design development stages of D&B projects, ensuring the timely flow of information to facilitate planning and ultimate “right first time” delivery on site. With an excellent understanding of project BREEAM requirements, Stephen’s projects regularly exceed the targets required for site management credits.
