Summary:
This project involves the redevelopment of the former St Mark’s multi-storey car park in Wrexham, close to Island Green. Following demolition of the existing building, the site will be redeveloped to provide improved public access between Island Green, Regent Street and King Street, together with a new coach facility to support the city’s growing tourism industry. The redevelopment will support the new National Football Museum of Wales, forecast to attract up to 80,000 visitors a year, reinforcing Wrexham’s ambitions as a growing visitor destination.
