Read Construction Achieves ISO 19650 Recertification for Eighth Consecutive Year

Read Construction is pleased to have successfully achieved recertification to BS EN ISO 19650-2:2018 for the eighth consecutive year, demonstrating our continued commitment to best practice in Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital construction and information management.

Since 1901, BSI has driven best practice in organisations around the world and today supports a global community of experts through its work in standards, assurance, regulatory and consulting services

Our certification recognises Read Construction’s business systems and processes as Lead Appointed Party, providing Design Manager, Lead Contractor and Project Manager roles in accordance with BS EN ISO 19650-2:2018, incorporating the UK National Annex

Led by Design Manager Darren Brimble, our BIM management team demonstrated best practice in BIM project delivery as part of a project-level audit undertaken in September. Read successfully achieved recertification with zero minor or major non-conformities, reflecting our ongoing commitment to digital construction and effective information management.

Since beginning our journey with BSI in 2019, our systems and processes have continued to evolve, strengthening our position as regional leaders. We continue to share our experience and knowledge with clients and supply chain members, helping to upskill, increase awareness and demonstrate the importance of effective information management within construction.”
