Ysgol Croes Atti has been recognised as the winner of the Delivering Value category at the Constructing Excellence in Wales Awards, celebrating the project’s commitment to delivering meaningful social, environmental and economic outcomes.

The Delivering Value Award celebrates projects that go beyond cost alone, recognising schemes that create meaningful social, environmental and economic benefits while delivering lasting value for clients, end users and local communities.
Our award-winning submission demonstrated how value was embedded throughout every stage of the project, from early planning and stakeholder engagement through to construction and handover. By working collaboratively with Flintshire County Council, project stakeholders and our supply chain partners, we established a clear understanding of what success looked like from the outset and aligned our decision-making accordingly.
This value-led approach ensured that benefits extended far beyond the physical building, creating positive outcomes for students, staff and the wider community, while supporting long-term educational, social and environmental objectives.
The judges recognised the project’s commitment to delivering measurable value throughout delivery, demonstrating how collaboration, innovation and shared responsibility can achieve exceptional results.
