Joining Read as a Technical Apprentice, Adam’s college studies were re-enforced with experience both on site and at our Head Office, gaining experience in Site Management, Quantity Surveying, Health and Safety and Estimating. Adam developed a passion for site management, and after achieving his BTEC qualification, Read have continued to support Adam with a Construction Management (Degree) Apprenticeship, continuing to develop his skills to manage a construction from from inception to occupation, in a safe, timely manner, on budget and to the highest possible quality.
