Joe has an extensive range of experiences across a variety of sectors having previously worked for a national main contractor. He’s experienced in delivering multi £m projects in live environments with complex phasing, access and logistical project requirements and programme constraints. From his project management background, Joe has developed strong leadership skills which he combines with an open and engaging management style to motivate site personnel. By developing close working relationships, Joe manages risks and opportunities, drives site progress and addresses any issues to achieve success
