With an exceptionally strong background working for national contractors on major projects, Neal joined the Read team in 2024 looking for an opportunity to work closer to home. With a trade background, Neal quickly progressed to management, gaining a broad variety of experience across the UK. Neal is now excited to focus on sharing his skills and experience with future generations.
