Stuart has extensive experience of early contractor involvement, being involved through the pre-construction phase assisting with design development, where his technical knowledge ensures constraint free, “Right first Time” delivery. During the construction phase, Stuart leads the risk and constrain management process, identifying potential issues and implementing control and management measures to mitigate any impact.
