Meet the Team

Having developed an interest in construction from a young age while working alongside his father, William gained hands-on experience across a range of trades to broaden his understanding of site operations and the different roles involved in delivering a project. After completing a work experience placement with Read, he was inspired by the site management role and the opportunity to coordinate projects and work closely with a wide variety of people. In 2026, William joined Read as an apprentice and is continuing his studies through the Degree Apprenticeship in Construction Management at Wrexham University, combining academic learning with practical industry experience.
