Read Construction is looking to the future and delighted to announce the appointment of three new Directors with immediate effect.

Karen Heaton re-joined the company in July, following four years working internationally for global consultants. Karen joins Alex Read in becoming main board Directors, taking responsibility for future business governance and direction.

With Wynne Davies’ planned retirement in 2017, following a 20 year career at Read, Dawid Cloete will support the delivery of projects and development of the business in his new position as Construction Director.

Wiliam Jones has been appointed as Commercial Director Designate, with Read supporting him in the development of this role, progressing to Commercial Director in the future.

Read actively encourages its employees to strive for all round personal development within the company, demonstration with the new directors having a combined 35 years’ experience working within the business.

The succession of leaders will bring significant added value to the company, ensuring the business is constantly evolving, growing and developing the business and its people.
