Summary:
This collaborative scheme with a long term repeat client, saw the construction of a new maintenance building with access road and service yard to house the Zoo’s maintenance teams and workshops.
FLEXIBLE – The new facility was positioned adjacent to the Zoo’s live lecture theatre. Our site team worked closely with the Zoo to programme works considerately around the Zoo’s busy lecture schedule. Disruptive works were rescheduled to avoid lecture times, and clean, safe access was provided.
