Summary:

Read Construction delivered a new primary school and nursery for Gwynedd Council, creating a high-quality, sustainable education facility for the local community. Developed through close collaboration with stakeholders and future users, the project provides modern learning environments designed to support pupils, staff and generations of learners to come.

The completed development has transformed educational provision for the school community, providing pupils and staff with modern learning environments that support teaching, wellbeing and long-term growth. Designed to serve 120 pupils, the new facility creates a welcoming and sustainable space that will benefit future generations of learners across Bangor.

Pupils were involved throughout the construction journey, from signing the steel frame to visiting site as their new school took shape. Their participation helped create a genuine sense of ownership and excitement, connecting the future users of the building with the project from the very beginning.
