Read have been delivering projects for Knauf Insulations on two of their North West production facilities for over 10 years through collaborative and open book flexible arragements.
COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS – Read have delivered repeat reactive and planned maintenance programmes together with major construction projects within a busy manufacturing facility requiring significant management ability and collaboration to ensure shared logistic planning, maximum value delivery during planned shutdowns and assurance of Health and Safety of all personnel. Read have repeatedly demonstrated ability, professionalism and flexibility through projects spanning over a decade for this multinational client.
SHARED PRINCIPLES – This long term mutually beneficial relationship is founded on the best practice collaborative principles of quality, communication, trust and partnering. The projects undertaken have all been bespoke in their nature and varying in scale and complexity from minor repair works through to construction of a new Eco storage facility. Through the close working relationship and foundation of trust, project lead in periods are reduced and works are managed in consideration of the ongoing operation of the live facility.
