Summary:
This project involved the demolition of the existing church hall and construction of a new church hall / community centre, including kitchen, store rooms, social areas and toilets.
CITY CENTRE DELIVERY – Just in time material scheduling and out of hours deliveries required significant co-ordination through all supply chain members to ensure effective access and logistics planning. Daily liaison and communication with neighboring tenants and businesses during the project resulted in an incident free completion.
CIVIC AWARD – Constructed in the historical district of Handbridge, the new build parish centre was commended for offering a versatile, modern space serving all needs of the local community.
