Meet the Team

Eilian joined Read straight from school, at the age of 16, as an apprentice joiner. After successfully completing his apprenticeship, Eilian continued to develop his skills and progress from a joiner to site manager, with experience across a diverse range of projects, including Read’s first passivhaus scheme. Eilian maintains a “hands on” approach to site management, with a “can do” attitude which drives progress, whilst ensuring projects are delivered right first time.
