Darren joined Read in 1998 as a Groundworker, progressing through the company to his position today. Darren’s impeccable on-time delivery record is achieved through effective management of the site planning processes to ensure work activities are complete on time, facilitating on-time commencement of following trades. This process not only drives timely completion, but also promotes supply chain integration and quality, fostering partnering, collaboration and co-operation to deliver right first time quality.
